Description
Product Overview
The European American Armory USSG is a side-by-side double rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield. It combines a machined steel receiver and monoblock with hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrels measuring 23.5 inches. Adjustable barrel regulation helps tune the rifle's point of impact, while the Picatinny rail provides a foundation for mounting a compatible optic. Rifle sights, a checkered walnut stock and forend, double triggers, extractors, and a rubber buttpad complete the practical field configuration.

I bought this a few...
I bought this a few months ago have put about 200 rounds through it to date. I was initially furios because the bore was dirty and site has etching mark looks like its test fired at factory and site mark is correct. Stock is dull, quality walnut but stained not a high gloss finish. Blueing is more like a matt paint finish but can say it never rusted after hunting in the pouring rain for several days. Action seems very strong.Did not have to regulate mine right and left barrels were within 3 inches at 50yds using 180 grain soft points from various factory loads. Having said that the left barell has the best groups and am able to keep both in 4 inch circle at 100 with no optics. Front trigger crisp but firm rear has a lot of slack forums say its an easy fix but am able to live with it myself. I dont plan on a scope with claw mount which is possible on this gun but a reflex site would make sense if a 2 inch dovetail were installed, I like it open like a real PH double would be. Its a great gun if you hunt the brush where shots rarely exceed 100 yards. I absolutley love shooting this gun, so long as you dont expect it to look like a Merkel for $800 instead of eight thousand then you wont be dissapointed.
