The Faxon FX7 Bolt Action Receiver is a precision short-action receiver designed for custom rifle builds using Remington 700 short-action stocks, chassis systems, and compatible triggers. This .308 Win bolt-face configuration features a 416 stainless steel action body with a durable Matte DLC finish, an integrated 20-MOA Picatinny rail, and an integrated recoil lug. Its 70-degree bolt lift, six-lug design, flame-fluted 4340 carbon steel bolt, M16-style extractor, and plunger-style ejector support smooth operation and reliable extraction. The receiver accepts AICS and AW magazines and is compatible with Faxon FX7 prefit barrels and similar compatible barrels.
