Description
Product Overview
The Faxon FX7 Pershing is a precision-oriented bolt action rifle built around a 416R stainless steel receiver and a 22-inch M24-profile barrel. Its honed and lapped free-floating barrel uses 5R rifling with a 1:10 twist rate for consistent accuracy with .308 Win ammunition. The barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and protected by a thread cap, while the recessed target crown helps protect the rifling at the muzzle.
Key Features
- Five-round AICS and AW magazine compatibility supports a proven detachable-magazine system.
- The 416R stainless steel receiver and heavy-profile barrel provide a durable foundation for precision shooting.
- The integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail simplifies scope installation and adds elevation-adjustment potential for longer-range use.
- The six-lug bolt uses a smooth 70-degree throw, M16-style extractor, and plunger-style ejector for efficient cycling.
- The MDT aluminum chassis includes M-LOK-compatible mounting space and an integrated ARCA rail for bipods and other accessories.
- The fixed adjustable stock, adjustable cheek pad, premium recoil pad, and premium trigger allow the rifle to be tailored to the shooter.
The Faxon FX7 Pershing provides a capable .308 Win precision-rifle foundation for range work, competition, and customized hunting setups.
