The FN 15 Guardian is a lightweight, optic-ready 5.56 NATO rifle built around a proven direct-impingement operating system. Its 16-inch nitrided Chrome-Moly-Vanadium steel barrel uses a 1:7 right-hand twist and a mid-length gas system for dependable cycling and manageable recoil. A 15-inch free-float aluminum handguard provides a continuous top Picatinny rail and M-LOK mounting slots for accessories. The forged lower receiver, mil-spec bolt carrier group, six-position stock, textured pistol grip, and 10-round magazine create a practical configuration for training, sport shooting, and defensive use.
