The FN TSR XP is a precision-oriented bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 WSM. Its forged steel receiver uses a controlled-round-feed system with an external claw extractor and integral recoil lug for dependable cartridge handling. The cold hammer-forged, free-floating, fluted barrel features a medium contour and recessed target crown for consistent accuracy. A one-piece steel Mil-Std 1913 optics rail provides a stable mounting platform, while the Hogue synthetic stock combines an aluminum bedding block, OverMolded olive drab green rubber surface, and premium recoil pad for secure handling and shooting comfort. The adjustable three-lever Tactical Sport Trigger System allows the trigger pull to be tuned to the shooter’s preference.

The FN TSR XP is...
The FN TSR XP is exactly what I was looking for in a 300 WSM. It is a heavy rifle even with the fluted barrel which was hard to find in 300 WSM. The stock has a rubber texture to it for excellent grip in wet weather conditions. The only issue I have is that the description said it held 6+1 but it only holds 3+1. I would have bought it even if I had known that before I received it.
