Product Overview
The Franklin Armory 1173 TMR-L is a California-compliant semi-automatic rifle chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. Built around Franklin Armory Libertas proprietary aluminum receivers, this tactical rifle features a 20-inch full-heavy-contour barrel with a recessed target crown and a 1:8 twist rate. Its 15-inch FSR rail system provides a practical mounting platform for accessories, while the bottom Picatinny rail accommodates a monopod. A Magpul PRS adjustable rifle stock supports a stable shooting position, and the factory-installed single-stage Franklin Armory trigger is custom tuned and test-fired before shipment. The rifle is supplied without sights and is ready for a user-selected optic. A bullet-button configuration and 10+1 capacity support compliance with California regulations.
