The Franklin Armory Libertas-S is an AR-pattern rifle chambered for both 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. It features a 14.5-inch barrel with a pinned-and-welded muzzle device, creating a non-NFA barrel assembly with an overall length of at least 16 inches. A billet lower receiver provides the rifle’s foundation, while the Franklin Armory Binary Firing System offers selectable operation that fires once when the trigger is pulled and again when it is released. Factory-equipped Magpul MBUS sights provide a durable backup sighting system, and the Olive Drab Green finish gives the rifle a distinctive field-ready appearance.
