The Harrington and Richardson 72698 Handi-Grip is a single-shot break-open rifle chambered in .45-70 Govt. Its side lever release provides straightforward loading and unloading, while the extractor and transfer bar system support practical, dependable operation. The 22-inch barrel is paired with an ambidextrous thumbhole Handi-Grip stock made from rugged, high-density black polymer. Molded checkering at the grip and forend, along with swivel studs, helps provide a secure hold and convenient sling attachment. The matte Blue/Black finish reduces glare, and the included scope mount rail allows the rifle to be configured with an optic. Factory standard models do not include iron sights.
