Its all-weather OD Green polymer skeletonized stock incorporates an internal recoil buffer, while the 17.5-inch barrel provides a compact 32-inch overall length. Multiple Weaver-style rails and a scope base support accessory and optic installation. Fully adjustable post front and peep rear sights provide a clear, adaptable sight picture, and the manual thumb safety, grip-mounted magazine release, and last-round hold-open feature support practical operation. This configuration includes one 9-round magazine and is compatible with Hi-Point JHP .45 ACP magazines.

what can I say is a...
what can I say is a Highpoint car being very dependable easy to maintain. I got the 45 ACP very accurate. I put a scope on it and it makes it even better. Not a whole lot of recoil worth looking into worth purchasing. Won't be disappointed. also think buds gun shop for getting it to me on time. No complaints ships almost the next day soon as it's paid for how they recommend thank you bud.

A really fun carbine...
A really fun carbine to shoot for a great price. Unfortunately, I found the controls to be difficult (particularly the charging handle). Ordered / installed an oversized charging handle, but it did not help and I always struggled getting it into battery. However, once I did, it ran great. Probably could've sent back to Hi Point for a warranty repair but I just wasn't enamored with it (though I wanted to be).
