Product Overview
The HM Defense HM50B2 G2 is a precision-oriented .50 BMG bolt-action rifle built around a lightweight aluminum receiver set and a rigid machined adjustable chassis stock. Its 29.25-inch button-rifled threaded barrel is paired with a 14-inch Picatinny rail for mounting a riflescope or other compatible aiming system. The stock provides an adjustable comb, length of pull, and butt pad, while its flat bottom and removable Picatinny rail support stable prone shooting and monopod attachment. An HM Target trigger, ERGO Tactical Super Ambi grip, detachable 10-round magazine, removable monopod mount, and fitted hard case are included.

I am very pleased with...
I am very pleased with my purchase. The weapon is very well built. The 7075-T6 metal is a great choice for the material. I know everyone falls for the Barrett's that are very nicely built. When you pick up this weapon and compare it to the Barrett you are picking up the same beast of a weapon with no difference in construction and definitely weight. The picatinny rail system design is very nicely built onto the upper receiver. The lower hand grip gives you complete control of the weapon. The scope and scope mount doesn't come with the weapon. The HM Bipod Sled comes with the weapon. The Mono Bipod can be purchased on Amazon. Currently I am in the market for a suppressor. The magazine feels well and loads easily.

I have received this rifle and am anxious to shoot it!! Beware of the description that says "Semi-Automatic", it is NOT, it is a Bolt Action. The only photo provided here makes it appear to be a semi-auto, but the bolt action is on the left side. Here is the information describing the gun from the Manufacture's Site. HM50B2 Gen2 1. Chambered in 50 BMG CIP, the HM50B2 has a 29.25 inch, groove barrel with 1:15 twist ratio. Muzzle Thread 1"-14 TPI. Match grade, button rifled for superior accuracy. 2. Patented HMB bolt made from 9310 steel. 3.14-inch 1913 Picatinny free floated billet rail is CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminum. 4. 7075-T6 billet upper receiver with 1913 Picatinny rail flat top. Left bolt/Right port ejection. 5. HM50B2 billet lower receiver is CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminum. 6. 10 round magazine. 7. Hard Case with Laser Cut Foam. (Me..Case has rollers and is excellent!) 8. HM Target Trigger. 9. ERGO Tactical Super Ambi Grip. 10. HM40 Bipod with sled feet. 11. HM Precision Adjustable CNC Machined Stock. 12. Weight of Rifle 29.75 lb. (w/o Optic, Bipod and Mag). 13. OAL 56 3/4" inch. 14. Removable Monopod Mount Included. * Black, FDE or Tungsten Cerakote Finish. * Scope, Mount and Monopod not included. Hopefully I will remember to post a review after I've actually shot the gun. It might be a couple of months since I'm disabled and depend on the kindness of others for travel. So far it appears to be a High Quality machine. I'm waiting on the scope mount and then I'll bore sight it and wait for an opprotunity to fire it up!!
