Recently purchased this rifle and slightly disappointed. I have been shopping from Buds for a few years now and this would be the is issue Ive ever had. The rifle arrived in a timely manner (typical Buds) and transfer from my FFL was seamless. After I got home and unbox the rifle I discovered the bolt and inner chamber of the receiver were absolutely filthy to be a brand new firearm. I tried to install the bolt that came with it but it wouldnt feed all the way forward. After numerous attempts I got frustrated but remembered I had another Howa 1500 bolt the fed flawlessly which is also a 308. The included bolt for whatever reason does not work with this rifle.
