A: Lawrence, from what I'm reading this is threaded with 1/2×28 thread pitch. If you Google the upc 682146398878 you can find more information. If you do Google the upc you'll notice in the description it says TB, that stands for threaded barrel. Hope this helps.

Both the Legacy Sports web site (https://www.legacysports.com/brands/howa_catalog/hogue-rifle/) and the 2022 Howa catalog pg 13 (https://www.howausa.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/2022_LSI_Howa_Catalog_LQ.pdf) show this model as having a threaded barrel. A: I looked on Howas site before I posted my answe, a search of the model number and the upc number came up, no results. I also ran the upc through Google and no other retailers states that it comes with a threaded barrel, though they did put TB in the item title, they still never make claim of a threaded barrel (other retailers can be lazy and inaccurate just like buds) I also downloaded the 2022 catalog and looked through it i found a similar model (but no model number is listed its on page 12 where Edward linked to the catalog) and also in the description i didn't see anywhere where it said the barrel was threaded . I read an article on the truth about guns where he said the rifle would be perfect if only they'd threaded the barrel and free floated it. Ok just looked again at the 2022 catalog and see that in the header it does say "threaded barrel" but it still doesn't list a model number, the article on 'the truth about guns' website also doesn't list a model and the rifle they revie
