I purchased this rifle...
I purchased this rifle when it was really hard to find lever action firearms in this caliber. I was disappointed in the condition of the rifle when I received it. there were blue on the magazine and barrel where they are attached close to the muzzle and there was a stock ding as I remember. The rifle itself works great and is attractive. I added a tang sight and can use it for longer range shooting if desired. I like the hexagonal barrel and the extended capacity full length tubular magazine. Some of the internal surfaces are a little rough but it performs well.

This is a wonderful...
This is a wonderful shooting rifle. The action is very smooth and the recoil is minimal. The only downside to it is the front sight which is very blurry ion darker days. I would suggest a LYMON Gold Dot replacement sight and a LYMON #2 flipup rear Tang sight. Rifle still gets a Five Star Rating.
