IWI Tavor X95 Bullpup 5.56 NATO Blue/Black Rifle

A: In short Brandon, this has been a consistently upgraded tried and true platform. The X95 includes upgrade and enhancements from the original Tavor SAR including a new fire control pack with 5-6lb trigger pull, a slight modification the the ambidextrous magazine release and a forearm with picatinny rails at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. These rails features removable rail covers for ease of use. The charging handle was relocated closer to the center to allow you to get a better grip when charging the rifle. The pistol grip is also now modular and it can be swapped out to various styles. The bolt release was also reduced to a lower profile variant. All and all the Tavor X95 should be on your short list of guns you need to own.

A: True, anything lacquer coated will start gumming after the chamber gets hot. This quality a weapon should only see brass cased ammo. Race car, race gas and not regular test. This will eat anything brass. I would not put any steel cased fodder through this weapon.

A: Ashley, yes you can shoot either .223 or 5.56 with this gun. If a gun is rated for 5.56, you can shoot either one, but if it is rated for .223, you should not shoot 5.56 from it.

A: Ashley, yes Ma'am. Since the barrel is stamped 5.56NATO it will shoot 5.56 and the slightly lower pressure .223 ammunition no issue. On the flip side, it is not recommended to shoot 5.56 ammunition is a .223 stamped barrel firearm. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Yes you are correct. A 5.56 barrel can shoot 223 Remington all day. Just don't shoot 5.56 out of a 223 barrel cause 5.56 has higher pressure than 223 and can cause damage or injury. Hope this helps.
