great rifle. front...
great rifle. front sight on straight. great finish. tight fit. straight shooter. love the nato length stock. take-down button had a bur on it that made disasembly impossible without a coupple of minutes with a file and there are a lot of color variations in the lower plastic fore end. gas block has a decent size bur on it as well that'll be easy to knock off. none of the imperfections were enough for me to not accept the rifle though. mostly because i didn't want to wait forever for a replacement rifle to ship. is this an $840 rifle? probably not. but certainly better than the Century's and the Cugir. fair price IMO would be around $700. there is obviously a premium associated with the SGL's and not all of it is warranted. but $842 is certainly less than ive seen this rifle for anyplace else.
