The Just Right Carbines Gen 3 JRC Takedown is a travel-oriented semi-automatic rifle chambered in .40 S&W. Its innovative tube fore-end twists off without tools, allowing the carbine to break down quickly for transport. The rifle features a 17-inch parkerized 4140 chromoly barrel, a pinned buttstock, an M-4 buffer tube, and a standard pistol grip. A top-mounted Picatinny rail supports the addition of an optic. The receiver, trigger housing, and magazine well are machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. Ambidextrous configurable controls allow the charging handle and ejector to be set up on either side, while compatibility with standard AR parts simplifies maintenance and customization. This state-compliant configuration includes one magazine.
