The Kel-Tec SU-22 is a lightweight semi-automatic rifle chambered in .22 LR for economical target shooting, plinking, and small game hunting. Its blowback operating system uses a 4140 steel bolt running on steel guide rails inside the polymer receiver. The rifle features a 16.1-inch steel barrel with 1/2x28 muzzle threads, adjustable front and rear sights, and an integrated Picatinny rail for adding a compatible optic. A 26-round semi-transparent magazine is included, and the rifle accepts magazines designed for the Atchison M-16 conversion.
