The LWRCI LWR IC DI Spartan Direct Impingement Rifle in 5.56 NATO is built around a 16.1-inch spiral-fluted NiCorr-treated cold hammer forged barrel with a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle setup and an A2 flash hider. It features an LWRCI DI gas system, an M-LOK compatible handguard, and ambidextrous controls for quick, intuitive operation.

The positives are,...
The positives are, great looking gun! Fast and efficient service from Buds! just picked up Saturday from my local FFL Gun store. The negatives are , I am a little bummed that this higher priced LWRC DI ($1650.00) didn't come with front rail hand guard covers or the LWRC angled front rail hand grip. The less expensive $1030.00 DI does, but this $1650.00 doesn't. Called LWRC and they claim because front rail on this IC DI is M-Lok vs the standard LWRC hand guard. Very disappointed! So now forced to purchased $200 of pica tinny rail mounts and M-Lok accessories for another $400.00! Moreover, Im not impressed with M-lok and there excessive prices! I would have been better off buying the gas piston IC with all these goodies plus the $250 LWRC skirmish sites for $2300.00 Buyer beware! Im not saying this is not a high quality gun, the reputation of LWRC speaks for itself. I'm just feeling hoodwinked with the getting less for a higher priced gun.
