It features an ambidextrous thumbhole synthetic stock made for comfortable, repeatable scope use, along with an integral Weaver-type scope mount base on the receiver.

I was looking to...
I was looking to replace another 22LR rifle and I reviewed several offerings before making my purchase. The Magnum Research build quality and availability of upgrade components was the deciding factor. This is basically a custom built rifle with a super accurate barrel. The shot groups ar 25 yards (my only shooting option) are within the size of a dime and some groups of 5 rounds are half that size. The rerceiver with intergal Piccatiney rail is superb. This shoots as well as my 22LR bolt action rifle.

I purchased a Magnum Lite® .22LR Rimfire Rifle, 18-inch Ultra Barrel through Buds and everything went as planned. I used the Newington Gun Exchange in CT which did a perfect job registering the rifle. Couldn't be better.
