A: it is ready for immediate us but hand polished probably not (its a mass produced gun) deep blue finish. sighted in at 100yrds maybe if you get lucky. every brand/type is going to impact a different spot so even if the did sight it in at 100yrds it would only be close (maybe close enough) if you used a different load
