Remington made Marlins...
Remington made Marlins are a fine firearm. The fit and finish of the wood and metal on this rifle is great. I put a 3x9 Burris full field on with weaver rings and bases to keep the weight down. I sighted in with Hornady Leverevolution 325 grain factory ammo and the gun produced one hole 3 shot groups at 50 yards and under and 1.5" groups at 100 yards. I can't wait for the 2018 Ohio gun season to open later this year. I highly recommend this rifle and also Buds for great customer service and prices that are hard to beat.

Marlin 1895 ABL arrived in short order at the best price possible thanks to Bud's. Remington has gotten it right. Fit and finish is excellent and very impressed with the bluing on this rifle. Action is surprisingly smooth for a new lever action. Very very happy with this purchase.

Marlin makes GARBAGE. Do not buy thier products. My front sight came apart in less than a month. Makes a nice club, though -- you just have to get really close to use it that way.
