Don't believe some of...
Don't believe some of the hype about this gun... believe ALL of it! This is truly an AWESOME gun. Its a bit heavy, more suited to hold down a position than going mobile. It is very well made and the recoil is virtually non-existent. I had no FTF or FTE and shot around 150 rounds first time out. It has an adjustable gas block which is nice. The trigger is a bit on the heavy side (nothing a quick trigger job could not fix). For the price, you can't go wrong. It's very accurate and fun to shoot. Buy one.

Buds shipped in 5 days of order and I received it in 7 days total. No problems. I will echo and support Brent T's comments. I am a 30 year Marine Colonel and I also build guns as a hobby so I know quality and weapons engineering when I see it and this MPAR 256 has it all. I challenge anyone to buy or build one with these bells and whistles and not be looking at $1800 to $2000 price tag. For those that are not familiar with Masterpiece Arms, this is not the same company that most people think of when they hear Masterpiece Arms. It was sold in 2008 to a gentleman that stresses quality control, engineering, customer service and products that are innovative from the norm. All parts are made on site in Georgia except for the polymer stuff like pistol grips and stocks. That way they have complete control of quality and are not dependent on parts suppliers. The barrel is from a E.R. Shaw blank but the cutting and workmanship is done in house. If you want a 300 Blackout, they sell a upper for $299 and can be swapped out on this 5.56 lower. Did I say lifetime warranty. If you do have a problem, call them and it will be fixed.

this is an amaizing...
this is an amaizing rifle, got mine in a hard case, with one mag, shoot 500 rounds of very sheep ammo and great gun, i will give it a 11 on a 10 scale, why because its not 1500 dollars and yet it works like one. thanks to BUDS for the extra fast shipping....
