The Molot VEPR Pioneer is a California-compliant semi-automatic rifle chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. Its 21.6-inch chrome-lined, cold hammer-forged barrel is paired with a reinforced stamped-steel receiver for a durable configuration suited to range use and practical rifle applications. The walnut Monte Carlo stock provides a traditional hunting-rifle profile, while the adjustable standard sights support straightforward target acquisition. A left-side receiver scope rail allows the addition of a compatible optic. This model includes one 5-round magazine and one 10-round magazine.

I will never sell this...
I will never sell this rifle. The upper end of AK rifles. The overall layout, light recoil, and recoil impulse make it feel closer to an sks than an AK. The trigger is better than most, and has greatly improved with use. The factory mags are ok, will accept .223 AK mags and ak74 mags with the tab filed. It will hang up sometimes on last round of 74 mags. The factory mag release is ok for target shooting, not great for speed reloads. My biggest problem with the rifle is it did not come with a scope mount. The receiver has the standard AK siderail, but it's mounted higher on the receiver and standard AK optic mounts are too high. I plan on making my own mount out of 1/2 inch aluminum angle iron, or you can live with a really tall AK mount. I would definitely buy another pioneer or vepr super in any caliber if I found another for reasonable price.
