Unknown status at this point. I had no problem in the delivery of this firearm from Buds....and it is an impressive firearm to view and hold. The manufacturing quality appears very precise. However, upon my first trip to the range I encountered the following: Failed extractions and attempted double-feeds (with Winchester "quality" ammo), with the first 40 rounds. But much worse, the entire bolt assembly dismantled within the receiver after about 40 rounds. After reassembly and re-attempt, it fired super for about 60 rds, no jams, decent accuracy (though the scope had not been rough sighted, a secondary but tangible concern), then the massive failure happened again. This time, the bolt spring actually dropped out with the magazine when I cleared the weapon. I am biting my fingernails awaiting a reply from MSAR maintenance.
