The Noveske NRW Recon 16 is a .300 Blackout semi-automatic rifle built around a forged Vltor MUR upper receiver and forged Gen II lower receiver. Its 16-inch stainless steel barrel has a bead blasted finish, pistol-length gas system, 1:7 twist rate, and 5/8x24 muzzle threads. A 13.5-inch NSR free-floated handguard with a 1913 top rail supports accessory and optic installation, while the Vltor iMod stock and Magpul MOE pistol grip provide a practical carbine configuration. The rifle includes flip-up front and rear sights and one magazine.
