Product Overview
The Patriot Ordnance Factory P-308 is a short-stroke gas piston rifle chambered in .308 Win. Its 16.5-inch nitride-treated, heavy-contour fluted barrel is made from machine gun-rated 4150 chrome-moly-vanadium steel and paired with a factory muzzle brake. The rifle features a free-floating Modular Railed Receiver handguard, an optic-ready top rail, ambidextrous controls, and selectable normal, suppressed, and bolt-action operating modes. A non-adjustable single-stage trigger with a 4.5-pound pull, Magpul CTR adjustable stock, and Magpul MOE pistol grip provide practical handling for range and field use.

I purchased my POF...
I purchased my POF .308 back in 2008, when there was a run on .223's just after Obama was elected. It didn't come with sites, which was a disappointment. I added sites and dot scope, and it shoots smooth and accurate, with very little recoil.
