The Patriot Ordnance Factory P308 Gen 4 is a semi-automatic .308 Win rifle built on a durable AR-pattern platform for reliable performance with both .308 Win and 7.62x51 NATO ammunition. Its 16.5-inch Black Nitride barrel uses a 1:10-inch twist and pairs with a triple-port muzzle device. Gen 4 upgrades include E2 Extraction Technology, ambidextrous fire controls, an anti-tilt buffer tube, and a modular free-floating M-LOK-compatible M Rail. The adjustable Magpul CTR stock allows an overall length from 34 to 39.5 inches. The rifle is optic ready and ships without factory sights, allowing the user to configure the sighting system to suit the intended application.

I used an M4, M240B,...
I used an M4, M240B, M249 SAW, and other weapons in Afghanistan. I would have rather used this. Amazing rifle. Worth every cent and probably more. My buddy shot whatever the roughly equivalent Sig Sauer model is at the same time, we switched off, and mine was noticeably better in every way. My buddy even begrudgingly admitted this after initial stubbornness. Buy this rifle if you want pure quality at a price that should be affordable if you're a responsible adult who actually needs this item.

If you are on the fence about this rifle, get it. If you are tired of buying rifles that you have to upgrade this or that, get it. If you want a meticulously well designed rifle that will last a lifetime then buy this rifle. I couldn't be happier with purchasing this rifle, I have shot many different rifles ranging from the m16a1 to the h&k m27 iar and this thing is no doubt at the top of the list. Fit and finish is impeccable, from ambi controls to milled finger grooves on the trigger side of the magwell, this thing has it all. Buds did an excellent job of getting my order to my ffl quickly, 4 days from purchase to arrival can't get any better.
