Its receiver is machined from solid-steel bar stock, while the recessed bolt face and counter-bored barrel breech create three rings of steel around the cartridge case head for a strong lockup. A 24-inch satin-finished blued barrel pairs with a classic satin-finished American Walnut straight-comb stock and cheekpiece. The rifle includes Remington's externally adjustable X-Mark Pro trigger, a SuperCell recoil pad, and a detachable magazine system with a 5+1 capacity.
