I bought this rifle a few years back and it was definitely worth every penny. I use it every year to hunt deer and bear and I know it is definitely over kill but I bought it with the intentions of eventually hunting larger game. The Remington 700...
The Remington 700 action is fantastic. This rifle produces 1-1.5" groups right out of the box. However, this is a cheap model, and the SPS is not the smoothest action. The quality is outstanding for the money, but it is a cheaper rifle than some of the other 700s. I would recommend getting the 700 SPS Stainless instead - you will be happier with the action/feed.
