Just took the rifle to...
Just took the rifle to the range today (07/28/20) and it shot well with no issues. When I attempted to remove the small plugs on the receiver to mount the scopes bases, two of the four were stripped. Least to say I wasn`t too impressed. How does anyone putting the plugs in not realize they are being put it wrong???? I did get them out but I thought maybe they would not come out and the plugs would have to be drilled and tapped. I purchased the rifle with the coyote tan finish and am assuming it's cerakoted. So far so good...I know that Remington quality has suffered and a lot of friends won't purchase any of their products. I may purchase a Magpul stock for it down the road. And by the way, Buds was great to deal with as usual!
