My local FFL store has always given me a some kind of friendly criticism when I've transferred a purchase from another dealer. But this time, when we opened the case and inspected everything, all he had to say was, "very nice". So that tells me a lot right there. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the package. Everything is quality, and the accessories are some of the top brands you'd shop around for if you built your own. Some people will still want to build their own, even if their end result was this exact same setup, but this is an excellent choice for those wanting immediate satisfaction of a factory package that is absolute eye candy and has straight out of the box performance. I've not had a chance to send any rounds downrange yet, but I have no doubt that it will meet all expectations...after all, it's a Remington 700 .308 with a Leupold, so there are no disappointments. For those wondering about the accessories, mine came packaged with an Uncle Mike's Law Enforcement Tactical Sling, Pelican 1720 case with a 3-peice uncut foam set, mounted Leupold 3.5-10x40mm scope with front & rear lens covers, and a mounted Harris 9-13" non-swivel bi-pod. It did not come with the mentioned sample of Remington gun care products, but that's no big deal since I didn't even realize that was missing until I just now started writing this review. I have no doubt that Bud's or Remington would send a care package if I asked. Thanks again Buds for great products, prices, and services!
