My first hunting...
My first hunting rifle. I love it, especially the walnut stock. The safety is unexpectedly stiff so there is no "walking" it to eliminate the click. I thought it didn't work at first. Maybe that will ease up a bit with use. The rifle performed flawlessly at the range. If this is an entry level rifle I can only imagine what an upscale rifle is like. If you are on the fence, buy it.

Outstanding firearm....
Outstanding firearm. Added a Vortex scope. Very accurate with low recoil. If your looking for a .270, I highly recommend that you try this one out. I am extremely pleased with the performance and handling of this Remington product. I usually hunt with a 25-06. But now, this will be my backup rife since I plan to mainly hunt with the .270.
