A: The rifle "Twist Rate" is 1:9.125 as advertised here Daniel. It's an odd twist rate but correct on this model.

A: Well I for one think you could never tell the difference in the accuracy between a 1:10 and a 1:9.125 but I am glad you got the info from Remington I still wonder if they rounded up to make the specs easier as all the 700 cdl were listed with the same twist and different calibers

A: Hi Daniel, I apologize for the info there. I actually wrote to them last night too and received the same response this morning. Many searches leaned towards the 1.925" twist rate. So now we know for future reference.
