I purchased this rifle...
I purchased this rifle this past Christmas and took it to the range a few weeks after receiving the rifle. The first outing with the rifle shooting factory 180gr Winchester I had issues with the bolt being stuck after firing it. It was at random. The rifle would fire a few rounds and eject perfectly fine and a few would cause the bolt to stick. I contacted Remington and had it sent to a gunsmith in Oregon. Once I got the rifle back I took it to the range and after the first few rounds the rifle did the exact same thing it was doing before hand. Long story short this rifle has been a headache right out of the box. I have another Model 7 with no issues and was excited about this one but after owning it I hope no one else purchases one.

Remington Model Seven...
Remington Model Seven 300 WSM\\r\ In the past, I have always been a fan of Remington rifles and have owned several. Upon receiving this rifle, I repacked it and sent it to a gunsmith for a muzzle brake installation as well as a Timney trigger as I couldn't adjust the factory trigger much under 4 pounds (4 lbs 11 oz to be exact). After the work was done and I got the gun back, I tried to chamber some Winchester factory rounds and could not chamber them. I then took the rifle to a very reputable local gunsmith who builds custom rifles. He used head space guages to confirm that the chamber was too small. That was a first for him in a gun from the Remington factory. So now he is reaming out the chamber to the correct specs. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed. I really like all the features of the rifle but couldn't believe it left the factory with a chamber under standard tolerances. Hopefully no one else has had this problem .
