Very versatile rifle...
Very versatile rifle functions fine after being the first 200 rounds. Very pleased with it, also very accurate. The iron sights were set super high and I had to buy a tool to adjust the front sight however it was was point on with any optics! Highly recommended you put your own own optics on this as you'll do way better!

Great rifle for the...
Great rifle for the price. Very tactical look. Ran 400 rounds no issues so far. I plan on running thousands more. I also plan on doing my own upgrades. The modern magpul furniture really makes this rifle and the receiver is very nice for a stamped version. Riley claims they now make everything in house for their rifles minus all the brand name stuff on the rifle of course and this is where the rifle really shows it's price point. Either the safety lever or the dust cover isn't fantastic. No matter what I do the lever is stiff and flys passed the cover when i press it to the safety position. The muzzle break has like red thread locker on it and even after heating up over the course of 400 rounds it will not budge. It may be pinned but I seriously cannot tell. It honestly looks welded but other reviews claim to have had removed it. I also plan on replacing the mag release lever because it is 100% garbage and is the worst I have ever encountered.... I have to fully extend the lever for the mag to release and it doesn't latch very well during magazine changes. It's extremely stiff and difficult to move without a good pair of gloves. This makes tactical reloads completely impossible. Now I will say that this rifle has ZERO magazine wobble which i am impressed by but if they cared about improving their product they would install a IMI Galil style paddle lever much like the c39v2 from Century. I'm sorry Riley but this is a must. I will also add that this gun looks identical to a model offered from I.O. (Inter Ordnance). At the end of the day though this is a quality made rifle and will serve me well in a bugout situation.

Gun looks used and to...
Gun looks used and to be clear not test fired used the are several areas on the rifle that have the finish knocked off and some spots have metal gouged off but no issues with functionality after the first 240 rounds also like others have stated the muzzle device is different it has an AMD65 style on it.
