The Rock River Arms LAR-15 Fred Eichler Predator is a purpose-built semiautomatic rifle configured for predator hunting and field use. It combines a forged A4 upper receiver with a 16-inch cryogenically treated, bead-blasted stainless steel barrel chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. The mid-length gas system and low-profile gas block sit beneath a Fred Eichler Series free-float handguard, which provides a full-length top rail and accessory rails at the three, six, and nine o’clock positions. A chrome two-stage trigger with a non-reflective trigger shoe supports a controlled trigger press, while the tan Hogue grip and matching RRA Operator stock complete the hunting-oriented configuration. The full-length top rail supports the installation of an optic, but the rifle does not include a factory-installed optic.
