The Rock River Arms LAR-9 RRage is a 9mm semi-automatic rifle built around a forged LAR-9M lower receiver with an integral Colt SMG compatible magazine well. Its 16-inch chrome moly barrel uses a carbine-length gas system and an A2 flash hider, while the low-profile gas block supports the free-float handguard. The handguard provides M-LOK compatibility and an MS1913 top rail for mounting an optic or other accessories. A single-stage trigger, six-position tactical CAR stock, and A2 grip complete the practical carbine configuration. The rifle weighs 6 pounds, measures 36 inches with the stock extended, and includes a 30-round polymer magazine.

All the rock river stuff I've owned has been high quality and this is no exception. It has a nice trigger out of the box. I just wished it came with a hard case like my old lar-9 and not a cardboard box
