A: Unfortunately even with the high capacity magazibe removed it is still not MD legal "The following are prohibited: ✘Rifles with a capacity over 10 rounds. ✘Semi-automatic rifles with a detachable magazine and have any ​TWO​of the following features: 1.Folding stock (Not including telescoping [collapsible] stock) 2.Grenade launcher or flare launcher 3.Flash suppressor" This rifle has an adjustable stock, detachable magazine, a flash suppressor, and the 30 round magazine, so it is a no go.

A: This gun has a collapsible/telescoping stock, not a folding stock, which is permitted in MD. The flash suppressor is only one evil feature if you take away the 30rd magazine.
