I recently purchased the Rossi R92 in 44mag with the 16" barrel. I'm sort fond of Rossi lever guns for their accuracy and durability, this is my 3rd one (454 & 357). That said, this 44 mag is being a wee bit finicky about the ammo it likes to eat. Semi jacketed soft points jam upon entering the chamber mouth, FMJ do better but it takes a power stroke to feed. I'm a little old school and believe most firearms deserve a break in period. I only had a 20yd range to sight in but put first 3 rounds touching left of the bull, feeding was " better " after 20 rounds fired. Trigger is crisp, rifle is accurate, action might just need a little polishing. I also called Buds customer service and Brandon W. was incredibly helpful information I needed. Thank You Buds!
