Beautiful rifle....
Beautiful rifle. Ejector pin was bad after about 10-20 rounds. Easy replacement but a bit disappointed with build quality for that reason given the price tag.

Have not shot the Rifle yet but it really pretty. Bluing was touched up at factory looks like with a sharpie and gapxat front of forearm. It'll be a deer rifle for the woods so it'll be fine.

For the price, its a...
For the price, its a very good Marlin clone. It did definitely take some time to break in, but after about 30 rounds, and 5 cleanings, it settled in nicely. 170 powerpoints shrank from a 5" group @100 yds to 2" after 20 rds. My 170 Sierra handloads @ 2256 fps average, shredded a 1" bull after 30 rds thru the pipe! The trigger was surprisingly good out of the box at a crisp 3.8 lbs. Very impressed now after my initial apprehension!
