The Rossi R95 in 357...
The Rossi R95 in 357 has a well known issue where rounds will slip behind the loading gate just enough so that you can't load more into the magazine tube. Because of this issue, it's not uncommon to have a round slip completely behind the loading gate which will leave you with a stuck live round in the chamber and not able to cycle the action. You will then have to disassemble the rifle completely with a loaded round in the chamber. This happened to me twice. I completely regret my decision buying this rifle, I'll see if Rossi can fix it but it's an inherent problem with their design.

The very first time I...
The very first time I loaded the magazine tube to capacity and tried to work the lever, it fed multiple .38 special rounds from the magazine into the space beneath the bolt, jamming the action hopelessly. I had a live round chambered, and FOUR rounds that had relocated from the magazine tube into the receiver. After a LOT of screws removed and parts manipulated, I FINALLY managed to make the gun safe. Maybe things get better, but right now this gun is terrible.
