Have had the gun for...
Have had the gun for about a month now. 2 trips to the range. Happy with the gun itself. The scope that comes with it isn't very good. Optics are kind of blurry at 50 yards. Zero for windage and elevation are either broken or "sticky." Doesn't always move the reticle when you turn the dial. Am going to try to work with it for a couple more trips to the range, but thinking I might have to return it as a defective item. Can't tell with certainty yet.

Ran about 1000 rounds...
Ran about 1000 rounds when the very first time I received the rifle. Perfect matches with Ruger Bx25 magazine. But please don't use those cheap ammunitions on this rifle, such as winchester 22lr, easily got jams occurring even at every magazine me inserted to. Lead head cartridge also makes receiver extreme dirty. Nice accuracy even though without the scope. I am even shot on small target at the range of approximate 35 yards just with original front and back sights. Got some scratches and wood chips on this wooden gun stock when first time opened the complimentary gun case(Yes, buds put scope, gun and even steel target all of them in the gun case for shipping). By the way, the gun case just like some cheap one which sold in walmart lower than $10. If more I should point out, just the scarlet ruger logo on the surface. Most of screws of the gun were loose, I had to tightened them by myself. Because of it, the crosshair of this pre-set scope was sloped. Not a big problem, I also reset it by myself. Anyway, very fun with this ruger 10/22, not best, not worst, just like another ruger 10/22 rifle(or other brand 22 caliber rifle). Thus, "middle performance gets middle star", three stars should be a acceptable and reasonable rank.
