Ruger out did...
Ruger out did themselves in this 10-22 carbine's configuration. The .22LR. caliber is available & inexpensive to shoot; The threaded heavy 16.12" barrel is rigid and compact as legally possible; A rail integrated into the adjustable peep rear & front winged sights are well protected & placed at maximum separation; The Hogue stock won't rot, comes with sling swivel studs, fits me good, & I like the texture; And it takes the best designed most widely available magazine in the world. What a grate lay-out.

Love the stock on this rifle. Only shot federal auto match and federal 525 bulk 36gr. Both make one raged hole 10 shot groups at 25yds.

You simply cannot beat...
You simply cannot beat the price for this setup! The Hogue stock is super comfortable and grippy for all weather conditions. The iron sights are great but the ability to mount any optic and still have iron backups in view is awesome. The bull barrel adds a little heft which makes this feel like a grown-ups 10/22. Great option for shooting suppressed.
