This is a discontinued...
This is a discontinued model that I could find nowhere but Bud's . My local dealer told me to order it and they would do the paperwork . I wanted the "All-Weather" barrel and action and I have another Ruger American in a different caliber, that I am happy with. Fit and finish of this rifle is very good for the price. The design of the magazine and feeding of the shells into the chamber impressed this old gunner . I mounted a Vortex HD Scope and Leupold Rings on it and almost doubled the total cost . I had a 50 round box of Hornady 50 grain V-max that I used for sight-in and break-in . I am happy with the sub 1" inch groups, but I plan on trying other weights of ammo , just because I can . Overall I would give Ruger and Bud's both 5 Stars
