I had been wanting a .300 WinMag and found this on sale through Buds at $484 + tax. Shipping to the Lexington store was fast and the staff, as always, were friendly, courteous, helpful, and great to work with upon pickup. I also purchased ammo at a great price while picking up the rifle. The rifle is easy to handle and light weight. So light weight that I took the rifle home and had to shoot it first thing using 180 grain ammunition because I was curious about the recoil. I was really surprised that the recoil was much less than I expected. This rifle was a bargain and Ruger makes great firearms. I love the rifle and I love shopping on Buds website which is the most user friendly site I have ever used. Thanks Buds for another great experience and purchase!

This is my second...
This is my second Ruger American but my first GoWild. It came with a pretty heavy trigger, but it is adjustable. I did replace a trigger spring to take it down to where I wanted it. After doing my trigger job on it I am very pleased. I have had the rifle long enough that I have had it to the range 3 times. I have had zero malfunctions. It has shot sub-MOA several times. I reload and am working a load for it and it's going very well. When looking for a gun I always look at Bud's first. They have great prices, and they do even have a lifetime insurance policy for guns for a very fair price. I do buy these policies but have never had to use them. I have purchased at least four guns from Buds, two rifles and two pistols that I can think of at the moment. Good service and good prices.
