The Ruger American Rimfire Target is a precision-oriented bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 WMR. It combines an 18-inch cold hammer-forged target barrel with a crisp, user-adjustable Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger for consistent shot placement. The black laminate stock features an Alexander Henry forend, front and rear sling swivels, and a rubber buttpad for a stable and comfortable shooting platform. A factory-installed Picatinny scope rail supports straightforward optic mounting, while the threaded, crowned muzzle includes a knurled thread protector. The rifle feeds from a flush-mounted JMX-1 9-round rotary magazine and uses an easy-to-operate tang safety.
