The Ruger American Rimfire is a versatile bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 WMR, combining a satin blued steel barrel with a lightweight black synthetic stock. Its 18-inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for compatible muzzle devices and suppressors. Fiber optic front and adjustable rear sights provide a practical aiming setup, while the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting. The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger can be tuned from 3 to 5 pounds, and the interchangeable stock modules allow comb height to be tailored for scope or iron-sight use. A detachable JMX-1 9-round rotary magazine supports a 9+1 capacity.
