I traded with Gurney...
I traded with Gurney for this ABSOLUTELY fantastic rifle. I found it at Buds ihn .220 Swift which is a FANTASTIC caliber; shoots fast, and flat. Bill Ruger's design for this weapon is beautiful. This is a rifle that any serious gun collector MUST own. From the beautiful wood stock to the remarkable, solid falling block design of the shooting mechanism this is one fabulous firearm. The only criticism I have of Ruger is of the screws supplied with the supplied Ruger rings: they are TOO short and poorly machined. Moreover, the trigger will need some work to get it right. Otherwise it is a weapon that is a MUST HAVE for any gun collector or varmint hunter.
