Product Overview
The Ruger SFAR is a small-frame autoloading rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and built to provide long-range capability in a platform close in size to a traditional 5.56 modern sporting rifle. Its 20-inch cold hammer-forged 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel uses 5R rifling and a black nitride finish for durability and easy maintenance. A rifle-length gas system with a four-position rotary regulator helps tune operation for different ammunition and suppressor setups, while the Ruger 2-port Boomer muzzle brake helps reduce felt recoil. The rifle includes a free-floating 15-inch aluminum M-LOK handguard, full-length Picatinny top rail, Ruger Elite 452 two-stage trigger, and one 20-round Magpul PMAG magazine.

Long story short......
Long story short... Just Great!! It is so pleasant to shoot, without any extraction or feeding problems, great accuracy and it is really light and beautiful. I never had a 6.5 Creedmoor caliber gun before, and it's powerful and accurate with really mild recoil, I liked it very much. If you are considering it, get one, you will not regret it! Bud's guns as always did a good job!

Love this rifle...
Love this rifle especially in the AR platform. Mounted a Vortex Venom scope, deadly combination. Received in the prescribed time frame Buds predicted. My suggestion would be for Ruger to specify the caliber of the rifle on the lower and or upper receivers. I also have a .308 which is identical in appearance and uses the same mag as the 6.5 Creedmoor but neither rifle is marked. Recipe for disaster. Very satisfied with this weapon and would recommend to others.

Thanks again Bud's for the prompt service. I had bought the SFAR in .308 around Christmas not knowing that the 6.5 Creedmoor even existed yet. When I noticed that the Creedmoor was going in and out of stock I knew I had better get it. EVERYONE ELSE WAS OUT OF STOCK! Bud's offered it IN STOCK, and at a great price! Other places were capitalizing on the demand and raised prices and couldn't keep it in stock. Bud's held true to the price and delivered quickly. I'm very happy with the purchase of both the SFARs.
