The Russian Weapon Company Saiga IZ240 is a rugged semi-automatic rifle based on the proven Kalashnikov design. Its gas piston system, rotary bolt, hammer-forged chrome-lined barrel, and chrome-lined chamber are built for dependable service and long barrel life. The rifle features a fixed synthetic stock, a manual selector safety, and standard iron sights. The driftable post front sight is protected by sturdy ears and adjusts for windage and elevation, while the notched rear leaf sight provides elevation presets for 109, 218, and 328 yards. A spring-loaded magazine release supports quick changes, and the rifle includes one detachable magazine.

This was a great buy...
This was a great buy right out of the box. Only adjustment needed was to raise the front sight post a couple turns. It also works great with Tapco AK74 mags, which are far easier to find. Did about 4 mags and only had one FTF on last round in the Tapco mag. The factory supplied mag worked perfectly. The only flaws are some obvious "cheapness" on the sights themselves.
